Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Umbaji by KW is a design and digital fabrication studio. Our work includes 3D printed (FDM and resin), CNC machined, laser cut or engraved products, as well as digital design services such as architectural drawings, renderings, and custom design files.

Because many of our products are digitally fabricated or custom-made, slight variations in surface texture, layer lines, tool marks, or material characteristics may occur. These are natural results of the manufacturing and creative process and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

Digital deliverables (including drawings, renderings, and downloadable files) are considered final once delivered.

We encourage proper handling and care of all physical products. Damage resulting from drops, heat exposure, misuse, or modifications may affect eligibility for return or replacement.

Custom-made items and design services produced to client specifications are non-refundable.
