This route exists and resolves. The pricing strategy behind it does not yet: material removal, tool time and setup is a different rate model from filament grams, and it is priced once that model is defined.

Why this is a seam,not a rebuild
The quoting core was generalized so a service type is a pricing strategy plugged into shared machinery: rather than the 3D-printing model hard-coded everywhere it is used.

All of it is rate-model work, not platform work. That is the difference the seam buys.
